Our Story

Founder and owner Josh Colley started Youphoria Productions in January 2017 after six successful years managing the Leadville Race Series brand and race direction. Josh oversaw the execution of over 100 world-class events from marketing to event production. He knew his athletes on a personal level and always took their feedback to heart to improve each event within the series year after year.

Inspired by athletes and their stories, Josh decided to leverage his experience and strong industry relationships within the endurance community to launch his own events business. He started pushing industry standards to new heights beginning with the Leadville Trail 100 qualifiers and hasn't looked back since. Youphoria Productions is proud to extend our services to anyone looking to start or expand their own events.

The course is always excellent. The support and volunteers are great also. Josh always directs a flawless event.

OUR FAMILY

We like to keep our events in the family — literally. You'll often find Josh's own parents Chris and Larry helping with everything from event setup to medal distribution to teardown long after our athletes leave the venue. When they aren't riding their mountain bikes, Josh's daughters Mitchek and Ripley assist athletes with packet pickup and retail sales.

And of course our events wouldn't happen without the help of our amazing volunteers, partners and athletes. We've worked with several of them for many years, and we're honored to consider them our extended family.

We loved the way we were treated from the moment we arrived at registration. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Your crew is awesome!
